We had a great experience purchasing our kitchen from Cosmaroma. After looking around and getting quotes from several other suppliers, we decided to order through the former store manager, Mac (we miss him!), who was fantastic to work with. Mac really made ordering the kitchen a great experience, from his product knowledge to his incredible service each visit. Although Mac had left the store before our cabinets arrived, the transition was seamless thanks to Moe, who stepped in and took excellent care of us.
We were able to choose our preferred delivery date, and the cabinets arrived on time, fully built, and ready for installation, which made the process much easier. We did have two pieces that were backordered, but Moe was extremely helpful and proactive in following up and keeping us informed until everything arrived.
The quality and craftsmanship of the cabinets are excellent, solid, well-built, and exactly what we were hoping for. We also purchased our flooring from Cosmaroma, and it looks fantastic and complements the kitchen perfectly.
Moe is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. He has definitely become our go-to person at the store and is such a gentleman.
Overall, we’re very happy with our experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cosmaroma to anyone looking for quality cabinetry, flooring, and great customer service.
