My wife and I were in the process of ordering flooring from another company in the area when our installer said, “Stop! You need to check out Cosmaroma London!” Immediately, we were blown away by the service, the quality and prices at Cosmaroma London. Initially, it was Sean who went out of his way to help us find out what we were looking for and gave us samples to take home. When we decided on several choices, Ahmed was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products that it made it easier for us to decide. We ended up doing our whole main floor of our home. We will definitely be back when we do the other floors as well!!!

We met with Ahmed at the London location for help with our bathroom renovation. He was great to dealw with, knowledgeable about their product, had great suggestions and solutions. Cosmaroma had almost everything we needed and their prices cannot be beat. London is a very clean and organized store and all the staff very friendly. Thanks Ahmed, we will be back!

We needed to get flooring for a small bedroom. Our contractor suggested going to Cosmaroma, and it did not disappoint!
Great selection of flooring , prices are very reasonable and the staff there are friendly, helpful and efficient.
We're headed back this weekend to do more shopping!

Went in a couple days ago and Ahmed helped me and took the time to really explain everything I had questions on and give me a lot of information I needed to know and guided me to what I needed to buy. He has amazing knowledge and you can tell he knows his stuff! Would definitely recommend this location, and ask for Ahmed he will take the time to truly explain and help you understand everything you need to know!

Great store for ALL your building and renovation needs! Prices are excellent. Selection is fantastic. I love that I get actual customer service here! You don't have to be a builder or contractor to benefit from the great prices and wide selection here. Andrea and Hunter are always helpful.

I looked ALL over London for vinyl plank click flooring and just happened to drive by this place. So glad I did! They had it on sale for $.99/sqft. The best price I had found and they had at least 8 colour's to choose from. Super nice folks and I would highly recommend!

Great new place in London for everything you need for home renovations. Got a great deal on flooring and hardwood stair treads. Hunter, Andrea and Hussain were so great with helping us find everything we needed for our Reno. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

So far, we can only rate customer service, products and pricing. We initially went in out of curiosity and are already planning our trip back for our current renovation project. It was a one-stop shop for what we need. We felt very comfortable walking in there, with no feeling of pushing sales. Hunter was a great help and very patient as we bounced back and forth for what we needed! We even called back after we left and he was more than happy to help again! We've already started to look at our options there for our next project!!

Super impressed with your London location! Ahmed was more than helpful as soon as we walked in, helped me find what I was looking for and worked with our budget. It's nice in today's society to have someone that actually knows what they're talking about and you don't have to go running around the store to try and find someone to help. The guys helped load my product on the truck and secure it and away we went. So stress free which is not what we were expecting. Also, the prices here are SO much better than anywhere else. They also have a beautiful selection of wall tile I haven't seen anywhere else. Absolutely the best experience and we will definitely be back!

Exceptional customer service!
We recently visited the store to purchase the tiles for our basement bathroom. Ahmed provided exceptional service! He was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure that we got the tiles of our choice. He called a few other locations to get them for us. We highly recommend both Cosmorama and Ahmed for a smooth and stress-free experience!

We have had the best experience with the London location! We were finishing a basement apartment and the project took 2 1/2 months to complete. Cosmaroma supported us the whole way. The staff is incredible and they went above and beyond for us. Customer service is EXCELLENT! We purchased many items from them and the quality of everything is excellent and the prices are great! We are very happy and confident to recommend them to friends and family! If we ever have another project we will be back! Thank you Cosmaroma!

Just want to amend this review...we have since been contacted to have this rectified. That really is appreciated.

Very unhappy experience today. They have a great selection compared to our local store so we were excited to purchase flooring. The woman helping us was super great and helpful. She called other stores to get rhe stock needed. We got all the way to the payment process to find out it wasnt correct price on the product. It was "mislabeled " as the manager pointed out and he would not honor the price that was on display. The poor woman who spent ao much time helping us. What a waste of her and our time.
We were happy to have thr manager reach out to rectify this experience. And the sales woman did a great job.

Renovating a bathroom and decided to come and check out Cosmaroma. All Canadian company! Canadian own and ran. Lots of different building supplies. Tons of doors and trim. Worth the look. Ordered a shower door! Will probably be back for other things for the bathroom as well. Great staff!

We recently installed a new bathroom in our home and we were looking for tiling for our floor. We entered Cosmaroma and were instantly greeted by Ahmed. We had some questions about the stock in the store and we instantly had a quick tour of the shop-amazing amount of stock. We found the tiling floor we needed and it was no trouble ordering the proper amount. When we called to ensure the tiles had been shipped, we received a positive answer with the comment that the particular person had laid eyes on the boxes. This gave us confidence as we live out of town and wanted to make sure the tiles were there. We were also able to pick up the tools to lay the tile flooring down. We were very satisfied with our experience at Cosmaroma!!!! Highly recommend this shop.

So my first impression of this new renovation supply store is top notch . The staff are absolutely amazing and knowledgeable on the products they have in house. Andrea gave me the tour and explained the products they have and did a fantastic job going through the entire store. Hunter offered me some suggestions on a couple projects I learned he’d done before and was great at offering the advice and some photos . They weren’t 100 percent set up on my first visit but I’ve already been back twice more since I figured out how to write this review. I’ve taken other contractors with me both times to show them the selection and also meet the staff. Glad to have another option in town to open up the possibilities when trying to complete jobs. Great selection and great people so I’d encourage others to go have a look. Thanks again, Steve

Stopped in just to see what they had and see about some doors. Andrea greeted us as soon as we walked in and offerd us a tour. After talking with her she gave us some pricing that we are quite happy with so we will definitely be ordering some doors. Everyone in the building said hi and where very friendly so nice to see this. You just don't get customer service like this anywhere.

The London Store
We walked in to be greeted by Hunter. From the first steps of choosing from the vast types of flooring, doors, bathtub, vanity or a toilet the process was the easiest shopping for renovation supplies we have ever done.
No exaggeration that we were treated like family.
A wonderful experience!

What can I say about this place, purchased a significant amount of items for our renovation…

The Product: unique and various found stuff here that I struggled to find at other stores, modern stuff usually the big box stores are too afraid to carry.

The Prices: very very very competitive, great prices on the majority of the products often significantly lower than all the supply stores I’ve checked.

THE SERVICE: I struggled trying to articulate the high level of customer service I experienced here but upon receiving an order item that was a store display shipped all the way from Ottawa! The perfect illustration presented itself on the internal delivery note, they made sure to take care of the item so that it’s delivered with care.

Hussein, Andrea, Hunter, and the rest of the team, are absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! I cannot say enough good things about the service I have received. “Above and beyond” is an understatement.

Customer service in this country has been decimated by folks who are uninterested in working, but I have new found proof that customer service at a high caliber still exists after doing business with the champions of this store. Kudos and keep up the great work, for my next Reno I will 1000% be visiting this store first.

I recently had the chance to check out Cosmaroma in London, Ontario, even before their official opening, and I was impressed! I needed some treads, and they were kind enough to let me in early and help me find exactly what I was looking for. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the shopping experience enjoyable. The manager Hussein was AMAZING, went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions.

What’s even better, while there I found out that Cosmaroma, like many of their other products, produces all treads and wood-related items right here in Ontario. They offer an incredible selection in stock and are able to make any custom tread or woodwork you might need – all at unbelievably good prices. This store is definitely going to be a go-to spot for home renovation supplies in London. Highly recommend!! 👏👏👏
