Exotic Brown is a durable wood-look vinyl flooring option created for spaces that need attractive finishes and sensible upkeep. Its SPC rigid core gives the 6 mm planks structural stability, while a protective layer at the surface helps resist stains, scuffs and scratches.

Underneath that protection, a high-resolution film reproduces the appearance of wood without introducing the maintenance demands of a natural timber floor.

The built-in 1.5 mm pad makes Exotic Brown more comfortable to walk on and supports sound reduction between adjoining rooms or levels. This is particularly valuable in condos, offices and busy family homes. Moisture-resistant construction also allows the flooring to work across kitchens, finished basements, bedrooms and living areas when normal installation guidelines are followed. Exotic Brown clicks together as a floating system, offering an efficient alternative to adhesive-based fitting. Its AC5 rating supports demanding residential applications and appropriate light commercial use.
