These guys are incredible! Products are great and have great prices on everything. All the employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. I have dealt a lot with Moe at the store, he always helps us out when we need flooring, trim, railings, and stairs. Products are usually in stock and if they don’t have it, they will try incredibly hard to get the product you need quickly. These guys are awesome !

I am glad I found Cosmaroma.
The staff here are great, super friendly and knowledgeable.
The prices beat any box store and the selection of products is excellent.
You can come here any time of day, even on Saturday’s and you don’t have to fight your way through a jammed parking lot or aisles full of DIYers.
I highly recommend.

Thanks to Matt Burns we had a great experience dealing with this store. He was knowledgeable and very helpful and we managed to get exactly what we were looking for. We plan to definitely return to this store to purchase again.
Also Eric (sorry didn’t get a last name) was awesome when I called in and he was more than willing to help me! It was a pleasure dealing with him as well.
Would highly recommend both these fellows to friends and family.

I came in a few weeks back I was being assisted by the store manager Sarah she was very pleasant and helpful. She checked stock for me and the flooring I wanted was in stock I let her know I would be back to purchase flooring (vinyl and tiles) in a few weeks. To my surprise I came back in to a disaster the sample wall was an absolute mess I couldn’t find anything I had been previously looking at…everything was so well organized just a few weeks before. I asked for her and was notified she no longer worked there which was a disappointment in itself. The front was short staffed both managers and a sales associate with reddish coloured hair were all sitting and hanging out in the office laughing and talking as the front was busy with customers. After I was well frustrated I ended up leaving and purchasing my flooring from elegant tiles and flooring in Barrie. This will be a last for me with Cosmaroma get your store and staff in order.

Had a great experience with Cosmaroma. I ordered some interior doors and had a minor issue with a couple on the order. These things happen - it’s the way a company deals with them that really matters. I’m building a house and have a LOT on my plate, and Eric could not have made it easier to get it resolved. We ordered and purchased tile from them. It went really well so went back. I bought a bunch of flooring from them as well. The service was fantastic. The guys were great right from the order desk to the guys loading it into my truck. I'd highly recommend them. Their prices were good and selection as well. Thank you to all those who work there. We had a great experience purchasing our kitchen from Cosmaroma. After looking around and getting quotes from several other suppliers, we decided to order through the former store manager, Mac (we miss him!), who was fantastic to work with. Mac really made ordering the kitchen a great experience, from his product knowledge to his incredible service each visit. Although Mac had left the store before our cabinets arrived, the transition was seamless thanks to Moe, who stepped in and took excellent care of us.
We were able to choose our preferred delivery date, and the cabinets arrived on time, fully built, and ready for installation, which made the process much easier. We did have two pieces that were backordered, but Moe was extremely helpful and proactive in following up and keeping us informed until everything arrived.
The quality and craftsmanship of the cabinets are excellent, solid, well-built, and exactly what we were hoping for. We also purchased our flooring from Cosmaroma, and it looks fantastic and complements the kitchen perfectly.
Moe is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. He has definitely become our go-to person at the store and is such a gentleman.
Overall, we’re very happy with our experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cosmaroma to anyone looking for quality cabinetry, flooring, and great customer service.

Yay!!! I love this store! Unlike other renovation suppliers; Staff at Barrie Cosmoroma are always quick to offer assistance and I’m amazed by their Customer Service Excellence. Cooper was absolutely wonderful helping me through every stage of a renovation project. I had an opportunity recently to meet the new manager and they are Extraordinary. Your store profiles people in a not smart way.

Today is my 2nd time go to this place. I am a general reno my own 3000 sqft basement. I dressed like a regular homeowner, went into the store about 5 seconds before this painter (guessed). Staff went to say hi and asked if anything he could help. Me? Nothing, like I was thin air. As economy is going down, ppl will find efficiencies to save money; to the store owner, if this is how you will do business, I would say, not smart.

this 135ft floor base roll had no price on it. This same guy walked passed by me. I said “excuse me” twice to have him turn around. He didn’t even give me a chance to ask questions. Which would be “how much this roll is?” He just walked away said to me “I am busy with other customers”. - that is fine, I will take my business to other places.

I had come into the store about 6 months ago and told myself I never would again because the manager is absolutely ignorant, has no customer service skills, and ruined my whole kitchen order which he refused to fix!. A friend went into the store last week to do some shopping and let me know there was a new manager she said I wouldn’t be disappointed. I decided to try the store out again and oh my god what an amazing manager! She was so polite, actively helping her staff get the store together and working with her staff on the floor while tending to customer needs and issues, I was very impressed and pleased with her and will definitely become a Cosmaroma customer again! Thank you Sarah (I believe that’s her name). Good on them for getting new management!

In the morning I was sold moldings that were not available, picked up a similar baseboard but the difference was not returned to the card but left on the company's account, I took more for one molding just in case I have to suffer with the fit, on the same day I came to return the extra molding to which the woman told me that they could not accept it back because their rules say that what came out of the store is not refundable! The account in this store is more than 2 years old. Think for yourself if you want such a service for yourself!

We walked into Cosmaroma Barrie in early January for the first time. We were very impressed with the great prices on the stair treads and risers. Muhammad gave exceptional customer service and even helped to load our purchase into the truck. We have been back several times already due to their great prices and knowledgeable staff.

I bought all my base board & trim for the house in the last 2 years. Their prices are the best and you get a more modern or different trim look. All other places have the same old style. Starting to add ship lap on a project and have been happy with the quality because it is tongue and grove design. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful. They even help you load your truck!

I’ve been going to a different Cosmaroma for a while now and I always loved the prices but the previous store never did anything to wow me so it was always an average experience. Since moving to up north I found out about this location and it was honestly such a excellent experience. The staff were always ready to help and super friendly and very approachable. Never felt I needed to bother anybody for answers to my questions.
10/10 highly recommend this location for everything it has to offer.
