We just renovated our floors and kitchen. Housam helped me with everything all along the way, answered my hundreds of questions and was super friendly and helpful the whole time.

We are blown away with the quality and price of our new cabinets and counter. The entire project was 10 days, no issues and installers were precise and quick. Big thanks to Housam, could not have done this without him.

I was referred to Cosmaroma by family and wow the Kennedy Location has been an absolute delight to partner with on a large home renovation project. I needed to completely demo and redo two units, and purchased the majority of my supplies through Housam at the Kennedy location. He helped me curate everything from my bathroom floor tiles, vanity and grout colors, back splashes, flooring, trim to kitchen designs, cabinet install and finishes. From questions on quantity, price to budget control Housam and Cosmaroma helped me through every stage of my project, including delivery or sourcing materials from other locations. I can’t say thank you enough or recommend the Kennedy store enough for the quality of their supplies, customer service and personal approach to business!

Great variety of items and amazing pricing. Friendly staff if you go there ask for Mo very helpful! We are renovating our main level powder room and got all our supplies from there at high quality and excellent price. They also carry new modern styles!

Moe and the entire team gave us outstanding service from start to finish. Fast, honest, and genuinely helpful every time we came in (or called) with questions, changes, or last-minute needs. Yes, they have the best prices in town, but what really sets them apart is the value: great quality options, smart recommendations that actually make sense for your project, and a level of flexibility that makes renovations way less stressful.

If you need nice items on short notice and you want straight-up advice (not a sales pitch), this is the place to go. I’ve already recommended Cosmaroma to my trades and I’ll keep doing it.

No doubt 5 stars for their customer service! Their staff is super helpful and resourceful. I came to the stoor looking for new doors, hinges and window casings. Mo gave me a brief intro of all the products they have with helpful information like the various materials, types, their stock, etc. The information that he shared helped me make quick decisions and final orders. A couple of days after, I realized that I made wrong measurements and needed to exchange the products that I bought. He quickly helped me resolve it without hassle. Big thank you to Mo and your staff!

The most organized and neat hardware store I have seen with great reno supplies at affordable prices. I have seen there the classical hardwood flooring with a satin red maple finish, hard to find anywhere. Mohammed, the manager, is leading a wonderful team. I found there beautiful aluminium railing and pole covers. Housam the customer rep came and measured with precision and it was cut to order by the manufacturer. He proved to be a considerate and professional mediator. I am grateful for his service and really glad my contractor introduced me to this store.

I have dealt with Mohamed several times over the past year. He is so knowledgeable and goes beyond what a sales person is expected to do. His professionalism, patience, politeness and sincerity shine through. When it comes to customer service, one will not find a better person to deal with. I had a minor problem but Mohamed made it right, quickly and easily. “Other” home renovation stores could learn much from his ability to make their customers feel important!
He deserves a raise as he assuredly is a most valued employee and one that I would hire if I had a store.

I recently visited Cosmaroma for some home renovation materials and was immediately greeted by Housam, one of the associates there. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help.

I had quite a few questions and needed a few days to finalize my decisions, but Housam was consistently patient and informative throughout the entire process. He followed up with me daily and made sure I felt confident about my choices.

Although I’ve been buying flooring materials from another supplier for years, Housam’s outstanding customer service and positive attitude convinced me to bring my business to cosmaroma instead.

Wellx what can I say.I can't say enough about this establishment. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile by everyone that was working there that day. I began to interact first with Hussein few month back. He was very professional and knew his stuff. Even though I did not end up making any purchases on my first visit from Cosmoroma, it was a pleasure to deal withthe staff.
Needless to say I did return to the store, once I figured out what I needed to get. This time I was greeted by May. What a pleasant and knowledgeable lady. It was a pleasure dealing with her. How could it not be, when the business is being run and lead by an excellent management team Madison and Nelson. The customer service that they ensure is being delivered is something to be admired. I was so satisfied with their products and services, i ended up purchasing everything I needed for my renovation. Thank you, Nelson, Madison, May and Hussein, for delivering the excellent customer service that every client deserves and hopes for.

There's a short curly hair worker that looks down at customers. Not pleased at all with the service I got from this place. I had bought baseboards and asked if it's returnable if I had got too many. One day later I went back to return my extra baseboards. The manager was very rude and said she can't take them back. After talking for a few minutes she said she an do store credit. I didn't want the store credit because I won't be shopping there ever again. Very rude and disrespectful staff.
