We had a 10/10 experience with Cosmaroma and would definitely use their products and services again. They did a $32K job for us six months ago, and we are just as pleased today as we were on the day they finished the job. We had our stairs re-built and hardwood put down, to replace old carpet throughout most of the house.
Everyone in the showroom was pleasant to deal with, and there was zero sales pressure, which I greatly appreciated. Moe, Nick and Hassan patiently answered my many basic questions without making me feel foolish. There seemed to be repeat customers because many people who came in to browse were already on a first-name basis with the sales staff .
Duong and Toan redesigned our stairs and put down the hardwood, and we cannot say enough nice things about this phenomenal installation team. They were cheerful, reliable, and did their work with great precision. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and they cleaned up after themselves as they went along.
The hardwood that we chose was from Floorest, in the Falcon Brown colour, sized 6 1/2" x 3/4". It looks beautiful, especially when the sunlight highlights it. The hardwood seems durable, as we don't have any dents in the flooring. All in all, we are very satisfied customers.
