We have had a fantastic experience with Cosmaroma in London. Specifically, Ahmed has been amazing! He is super helpful and knowledgeable and will always get you the best deal possible. He has been so efficient and has gone out of his way to help us throughout our renovation process. We can’t speak highly enough of Ahmed and his colleagues and the products from Cosmaroma. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Customer Service & They Stood Behind Their Product I purchased my engineered hardwood flooring from Cosmaroma about a year and a half ago. Recently, one of the boards developed a split, so I contacted Andrea at Cosmaroma and sent her a picture of the damage. Andrea immediately called me and assured me that she would send the information to her boss and have him look into it right away. She told me, “Just leave it with me, and I promise I’ll get back to you.” And she did! About a week later, Andrea contacted me again to let me know they were still working on it and told me not to worry because “we have your back.” That really meant a lot to me. A few days later, her boss called me personally. He assured me that he was looking into the situation and promised he would take care of us. I explained that I wasn’t looking for a refund or to have my entire floor replaced. I simply wanted the damaged plank professionally removed and replaced with one of the extra boards I had saved. Cosmaroma sent one of their contractors, Gino, to do the job. He was extremely professional, careful and did an excellent job replacing the board. He even told me that if the repair didn’t work out, he would replace the flooring from that board all the way to the end of the kitchen. Thankfully, that wasn’t necessary because he did such a great job the first time! What impressed me most was how Cosmaroma handled the situation. Things can happen with any product, but what really matters is how a company responds when there is a problem. Andrea, her boss and Gino all went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I am very happy with my floor, but even more impressed with the customer service and the fact that Cosmaroma truly stood behind their product. Thank you to Andrea, her boss and Gino for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy. I would definitely recommend Cosmaroma! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very warm and welcoming environment as soon as I walked in the door, highly recommend!!

Hello there I don't usually leave reviews other than giving a thumbs up or the Stars rating style.however I feel most compelled to say that after weeks of us (my wife and I) searching for a contractor we finally found a great guy and both us and him decided that we would purchase the materials and he would install. The contractor informed us that he exclusively purchases from Cosmaroma! That was a relief! Because we had search all the big box stores and different online platforms previously to no avail. So and we decided to go with his advice and inquire about our tiles at Cosmaroma After walking in we met Andrea and we were blown away with her knowledge and especially the help this wonderful woman gave us. Andrea looked everywhere in their inventory to find us the best deal for our budget and low and behold she did! We went there to purchase tiles and ended up buying all our materials! Tiles, vanity, bathtub and at a great price! We walked in as customers and we left feeling like we made new friends!💞 Thanks so much too Hussien and the entire team 💕 and a special thank you so so much too Andrea 💖 who made our lives a lot less stressful and hectic yours truly and best regards Barb and Terry Hunter

I had a great experience at Cosmaroma while loading construction materials. Shawn and Shushant provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful in organizing and loading all the materials efficiently. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made the entire pickup process smooth and hassle-free. It’s always appreciated when staff go above and beyond to help customers, and Shawn and Shushant certainly did that. Thank you both for the excellent service. I highly recommend Cosmaroma and look forward to returning for future projects.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Cosmaroma Home Reno Supplies London during our renovation. What could have been stressful was made so much easier thanks to their great prices, knowledgeable staff, and friendly service. Hussein took the time to walk us through all the vanity options and explain everything clearly. Ahmed was equally helpful, and Marg and Kylie offered excellent design advice that gave us confidence in our choices. On our return visit, the team even helped load tile and a very heavy vanity onto our trailer—something our renovation-weary bodies truly appreciated! A great team, great service, and unbeatable value. We highly recommend Cosmaroma and look forward to finishing our project with their help.

My wife and I were in the process of ordering flooring from another company in the area when our installer said, “Stop! You need to check out Cosmaroma London!” Immediately, we were blown away by the service, the quality and prices at Cosmaroma London. Initially, it was Sean who went out of his way to help us find out what we were looking for and gave us samples to take home. When we decided on several choices, Ahmed was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products that it made it easier for us to decide. We ended up doing our whole main floor of our home. We will definitely be back when we do the other floors as well!!!

Went in a couple days ago and Ahmed helped me and took the time to really explain everything I had questions on and give me a lot of information I needed to know and guided me to what I needed to buy. I looked ALL over London for vinyl plank click flooring and just happened to drive by this place. So glad I did! They had it on sale for $.99/sqft. The best price I had found and they had at least 8 colour's to choose from. Super nice folks and I would highly recommend!

So far, we can only rate customer service, products and pricing. We initially went in out of curiosity and are already planning our trip back for our current renovation project. It was a one-stop shop for what we need. We felt very comfortable walking in there, with no feeling of pushing sales. Hunter was a great help and very patient as we bounced back and forth for what we needed! We even called back after we left and he was more than happy to help again! We've already started to look at our options there for our next project!!

Super impressed with your London location! Ahmed was more than helpful as soon as we walked in, helped me find what I was looking for and worked with our budget. It's nice in today's society to have someone that actually knows what they're talking about and you don't have to go running around the store to try and find someone to help. The guys helped load my product on the truck and secure it and away we went. So stress free which is not what we were expecting. Also, the prices here are SO much better than anywhere else. They also have a beautiful selection of wall tile I haven't seen anywhere else. Absolutely the best experience and we will definitely be back!

Great customer service and assistance with getting the tile we were looking for. Contractor mentioned the tile seemed high quality and asked for the company's contact for future. Overall happy with our experience here, and would consider purchasing more from Cosmaroma. Thanks.

Exceptional customer service! We recently visited the store to purchase the tiles for our basement bathroom. Ahmed provided exceptional service! He was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure that we got the tiles of our choice. He called a few other locations to get them for us. We highly recommend both Cosmorama and Ahmed for a smooth and stress-free experience!

We have had the best experience with the London location! We were finishing a basement apartment and the project took 2 1/2 months to complete. Cosmaroma supported us the whole way. The staff is incredible and they went above and beyond for us. Customer service is EXCELLENT! We purchased many items from them and the quality of everything is excellent and the prices are great! We are very happy and confident to recommend them to friends and family! If we ever have another project we will be back! Thank you Cosmaroma!

Just want to amend this review...we have since been contacted to have this rectified. That really is appreciated. Very unhappy experience today. They have a great selection compared to our local store so we were excited to purchase flooring. The woman helping us was super great and helpful. She called other stores to get rhe stock needed. We got all the way to the payment process to find out it wasnt correct price on the product. It was "mislabeled " as the manager pointed out and he would not honor the price that was on display. The poor woman who spent ao much time helping us. What a waste of her and our time. We were happy to have thr manager reach out to rectify this experience. And the sales woman did a great job.

Renovating a bathroom and decided to come and check out Cosmaroma. All Canadian company! Canadian own and ran. Lots of different building supplies. Tons of doors and trim. Worth the look. Ordered a shower door! Will probably be back for other things for the bathroom as well. Great staff!

We recently installed a new bathroom in our home and we were looking for tiling for our floor. We entered Cosmaroma and were instantly greeted by Ahmed. We had some questions about the stock in the store and we instantly had a quick tour of the shop-amazing amount of stock. We found the tiling floor we needed and it was no trouble ordering the proper amount. When we called to ensure the tiles had been shipped, we received a positive answer with the comment that the particular person had laid eyes on the boxes. This gave us confidence as we live out of town and wanted to make sure the tiles were there. We were also able to pick up the tools to lay the tile flooring down. We were very satisfied with our experience at Cosmaroma!!!! Highly recommend this shop.

So my first impression of this new renovation supply store is top notch . The staff are absolutely amazing and knowledgeable on the products they have in house. Andrea gave me the tour and explained the products they have and did a fantastic job going through the entire store. Hunter offered me some suggestions on a couple projects I learned he’d done before and was great at offering the advice and some photos . They weren’t 100 percent set up on my first visit but I’ve already been back twice more since I figured out how to write this review. I’ve taken other contractors with me both times to show them the selection and also meet the staff. Glad to have another option in town to open up the possibilities when trying to complete jobs. Great selection and great people so I’d encourage others to go have a look. Thanks again, Steve

Stopped in just to see what they had and see about some doors. Andrea greeted us as soon as we walked in and offerd us a tour. After talking with her she gave us some pricing that we are quite happy with so we will definitely be ordering some doors. Everyone in the building said hi and where very friendly so nice to see this. You just don't get customer service like this anywhere.

The London Store We walked in to be greeted by Hunter. From the first steps of choosing from the vast types of flooring, doors, bathtub, vanity or a toilet the process was the easiest shopping for renovation supplies we have ever done. No exaggeration that we were treated like family. A wonderful experience! Thank you also to the team behind the scenes.

What can I say about this place, purchased a significant amount of items for our renovation… The Product: unique and various found stuff here that I struggled to find at other stores, modern stuff usually the big box stores are too afraid to carry. The Prices: very very very competitive, great prices on the majority of the products often significantly lower than all the supply stores I’ve checked. THE SERVICE: I struggled trying to articulate the high level of customer service I experienced here but upon receiving an order item that was a store display shipped all the way from Ottawa! The perfect illustration presented itself on the internal delivery note, they made sure to take care of the item so that it’s delivered with care. Hussein, Andrea, Hunter, and the rest of the team, are absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! I cannot say enough good things about the service I have received. “Above and beyond” is an understatement. Customer service in this country has been decimated by folks who are uninterested in working, but I have new found proof that customer service at a high caliber still exists after doing business with the champions of this store. Kudos and keep up the great work, for my next Reno I will 1000% be visiting this store first.

I recently had the chance to check out Cosmaroma in London, Ontario, even before their official opening, and I was impressed! I needed some treads, and they were kind enough to let me in early and help me find exactly what I was looking for. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the shopping experience enjoyable. The manager Hussein was AMAZING, went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions. What’s even better, while there I found out that Cosmaroma, like many of their other products, produces all treads and wood-related items right here in Ontario. They offer an incredible selection in stock and are able to make any custom tread or woodwork you might need – all at unbelievably good prices. This store is definitely going to be a go-to spot for home renovation supplies in London. Highly recommend!! 👏👏👏
