STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
I made a special order of engineering wood flooring at Cosmoroma. The finishing was supposed to be semi-gloss. once the wood was delivered and my contractor had his men install a few pieces I saw that the finishing was more matte than semi gloss. I went to the store and I showed them the sample and the manager, Ali, agreed that it wasn't the same as what I had ordered, but he said to continue to put the rest of the floor because they can varnish it. My contractor had his Men finish putting the wood on two of the three bedrooms. Ali made me wait a week and still he didn't have any varnish or someone to come to do the work, so I contacted NELSON who is the supervisor at Cosmoroma in Ontario. He asked Ali and Johnny from Cosmoroma Montreal to come to my house to take videos and pictures of my flooring to compare with the sample board. It was extremely evident From the videos and the pictures that I took and they took that my flooring was more mat than semi-gloss. However, when I contacted him, NELSON told me that he saw the videos and pictures and he spoke to some members of the company and they all agreed that the finishing was done perfectly well!!! Everyone who has seen it including ALI and JOHNNY agreed that the shine was not like on the sample board, but they decided to lie, even though I have proof…… I have decided to take them to court because they left me no other choice. Stay away from this company because they make you promises in the beginning and they don't deliver at all. The employees that I have spoken to so far have absolutely no integrity or professionalism and they do not deserve to be in the service industry because they're all crooks!!!

His response confirmed the lack of integrity and professionalism of himself and the other two people I dealt with at this company. Who speaks to their customers that way? This is the way he was speaking to me on the phone!!!!! In fact it should be you Mr. Nelson Pascoal Who should be embarrassed at the way you conducted yourself during our phone conversation earlier which led me to write this review. I think I conducted myself with enough respect for three people who wasted my time for eight days and continued to lie, telling me that they will varnish the floor for me and not to worry, only to tell me in the end that they refuse to do anything about the inferior product they sent me which I paid top dollar for. Once more. You have everything to gain by lying in this situation. If I was a happy customer I would not be leaving this review for you. However, it is only you that benefits from lying because you sold the inferior product. See you in court Mr. NELSON!
