So I purchased doors a few months ago, and they delivered a hollow core instead of the solid core I ordered, so I requested a refund for the difference of the wrong door. I followed up for several weeks even went into the store, and each week was assured that my refund would be issued, to which it never was for two months. Despite this, I still had faith, eventually my refund would be issued as I was told online orders are not refunded by the store, yet no one from the online department was reachable or ever contacted me. I finally got frustrated and the manager Ali spoke with my partner and assured that I would receive my refund which was before the weekend. On Wednesday the following week, so a couple business days later, I receive a text from someone named Ayman, who I have never personally spoke to, telling me they will arrive with 3 men outside my house to collect the doors. To my surprise, I asked what he was talking about, since the doors have been installed for months and they were well aware, and he proceeds to explain HIS EMPLOYEE made a mistake (the second one at this point) and issued me a refund for the whole transaction by accident. He explained that since he was unable to reach me since Monday, 2 whole days, that repossession was now going to happen since "I need to pay for my doors". Mr ayman fails to realize, I paid for my doors, I ordered them, installed them and an over refund was issue mistakenly by THEM which I have no access to their internal systems to refund myself. Now I have threats of 3 men, showing up to my house, while I am pregnant, to repossess something I paid for months ago, simple because they made two mistakes themselves, to which I am responsible now for their errors. I explained to Mr Ayman, that while his life my revolve around his business, mine does not, and two days they deem unreasonable amount of time to wait to correct their own mistake, when I waited months. Cosmorama, I am still waiting for the link you said you would send me, to correct YOUR EMPLOYEES mistakes. How you have chosen to conduct yourself as a business during this process, is disgusting both professionally and humanely.
