As a contractor I’ve had nothing but great experiences at the Peterborough location.
Tony the delivery driver is always on time and never any damage to product, refreshing to have someone care about the customers and cargo
Also the vast knowledge Peter brings to the store, always happy to help and very efficient putting together quotes & orders

Great prices on moldings and doors. I do recommend Cosmaroma for a lot of things but beware of consumables. I've had multiple occasions when I've bought either spray foam or caulking and they've been years expired. The last batch of spray foam was 3 years past the best before date. Just make sure you check any expiration dates on consumables before buying.

Very very satisfied with the saleswoman Cindy and another girl cannot think of her name. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the bathroom cabinet's.
We got exactly what we were looking for and received it in a timely manor. Delivery guy Tony was very professiona, curious and helpful. He called ahead to make and came within the time frame he quoted. We are very happy customers. Mike and Bernice P

Just finished picking out bathroom tiles for floor, shower walls and shower floor. I have a terrible sense of coordination and what looks good. Caitlin W. was so immensely helpful! She gave me some great advice and helped pick out grout to tie it all together. Fantastic prices. Awesome service! Highly recommend you go check them out for all your renovation needs!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Cosmaroma during our renovation. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Bethany and Chris were especially helpful, taking the time to guide us through flooring and tile options and making the whole decision process so much easier.

They went above and beyond to get our flooring into the store in record time, which made a huge difference in keeping our renovation on schedule. The overall experience was seamless, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. We couldn’t recommend Cosmaroma highly enough!

This is my second review of Cosmaroma in Peterborough because this time I did my countertop with them. I was highly impressed with the install and product. They came out to measure so fast and accommodated for me my schedule. It also turned out beautiful and I was more than pleased with the price and product! A big shout out to David who arranged all this from beginning to end and who I probably made a bit crazy but he was very patient with me. Such great customer service at this store!

We had a fantastic experience with Cosmaroma! While other building suppliers had long lead times for special orders on the shiplap we needed Cosmaroma had everything in stock and ready to go. They arranged delivery within just a couple of days — fast, efficient, and completely hassle-free.

A special shoutout to Tony, who went above and beyond with the delivery. Not only was he friendly and professional, but he also hand-carried every piece right to our side door — exactly where we needed it — without being asked. It was not expected or required he do this, but it was very kind of him. That kind of exceptional service is rare and very much appreciated and we will certainly be ordering from them again. Also thanks to Bethany for arranging the details of the order and helping us trouble shoot a few of our questions. All around a great team.

Love this store the prices and quality are amazing. Special orders d9nt take a lifetime and they also so friendly.

All the staff seem eager to help. I happened to have Bethany help me with a shower system. They had the right system but preferred a round head instead of a square one. She went above and beyond to help. She contacted another store and found a system with the round head. She was very patient with me. Customer service seems like a dying art but here they understand it goes a long way as I will continue to consider Cosmaroma for any future needs I may have. Thank you

I can't believe I found this place that opened about 4 years ago in Peterborough. Their staff are so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! A big shout out to Tim who was so patient with me and the nice lady (darn I forgot her name) who was very accurate in taking the detail measurements for my interior products. They also have staff that will pre hang your doors if you need it done for a great price. I shopped around to other competitors and Cosmaroma prices and products where the best as far as I am concerned! Would highly recommend this place for interior building products!

we’re a local contracting company and have nothing but good things to say about cosmarama. We recommend fellow trade workers we know to shop here. It’s almost 1/3 of the price of stores like Home Depot.

Tim and Bethany are always great to deal
With, get us orders as quick as they can and the crew at the back is always wonderful with helping load orders.

Do not buy flooring for them I bought flooring at $3 sq ft it was on sale and it’s garbage hasn’t even been installed for a year always looks dirty and it’s coming up and apart now. Talked to them already and there excuse was I’m not using the right cleaner so I did want she told me to use their manager still no change and now they say I must not be using what she told me which was water and vinegar! Garbage flooring. Now I got to rip it all up after spending almost $3500 on it and go to Home Depot and buy life proof I should’ve just paid the $5sq ft in the beginning

First time purchase. Good service from staff, they were able to fit in delivery the next day. We did get a small discount as one box of flooring was damaged and discovered on delivery. Slightly disappointing that we discovered a few more boxes had damage we couldn't have seen without box opened. Fortunately we were still able to use flooring. Price of flooring was hard to beat and floor looks good. Trim also delivered and is looking good.

This is a new store. They have a fabulous floor display and quite a few samples. The only thing I would like to see is the prices displayed on the custom order flooring. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. We would shop there again.
