Great gem of a renovation store in the middle of Whitby. Staff are all very helpful. Blake was great and very tolerant in assisting me with my flooring selection for my basement, as it morphed into main floor bathroom renovation and hardwood stair caps. This place has virtually everything you need for home renovations at great prices. Also, the helpful staff loaded all my flooring into my vehicle. What an added and unexpected bonus.

What an amazing place to shop, not only do they have the best prices, but they have an amazing team. Today I had a delivery of 50 large boxes of engineered flooring, each one of these boxes had to weigh at least 80 LBS. My delivery was with Maurice, he was pleasant, and probably one of the hardest working people I have ever met. Maurice unloaded each box by himself and put them where I wanted them. We had a coffee and cookies together, and he told me about his family, and how he enjoyed working with Cosmaroma for over 4 years. What an unbelievable guy, i wish their were more Maurice's in this world. Thank you Maurice, it was a pleasure meeting you.

Anytime someone asks me about home renovation supplies I ALWAYS recommend Cosmorama. The staff are competent and extremely knowledgable. They will always do their absolute best to make you leave happy wether that means getting you the right product, the best price or the best care while loading/delivering. Ive had the pleasure of personally dealing with Andre, Blake, Anthony and Mike and every single one of them exceeded my expectations in helping me with my purchase. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect for Our Dojo - Unbeatable!

I am absolutely blown away by my experience with Cosmaroma. I was renovating the front area of our dojo and needed flooring that could handle impact, provide solid footing, and look the part. Cosmaroma delivered on every single level.

From the moment I walked in, the service was incredible. The staff took the time to understand my very specific needs for a martial arts space. They didn't just sell me a product; they provided a solution. The price was shockingly reasonable for the quality, and they helped me find the perfect product within my budget.

And the flooring itself? Unbelievable. The look, the feel, the durability – it's absolutely perfect. It has the perfect amount of grip and cushioning for training, and it has completely transformed the room.

Needed a specialty product we found on the web and these guys have the Canadian exclusive license. They had the product on display for us to examine but hold only limited stock. No problem - the young lady we dealt with confirmed stock availability with the US supplier and took our order. All the staff we dealt with were super friendly and professional even offering treats to our wee dog.

The in stock product mix was also large and eclectic for home renovators.

Wonderful Customer Service, great experience!

Dalia was very knowledgeable, kind and made it a great experience. We came in a couple of times before making our final decision and she remembered the exact flooring that was our top choices each time we visited. She remembered everything she said she would do, and what would happen during the purchased happened.

We were told it would take some time for the warehouse to get our order together but it felt like no time at all.

We would definitely be back again for our home renovation needs!

We had a 10/10 experience with Cosmaroma and would definitely use their products and services again. They did a $32K job for us six months ago, and we are just as pleased today as we were on the day they finished the job. We had our stairs re-built and hardwood put down, to replace old carpet throughout most of the house.

Everyone in the showroom was pleasant to deal with, and there was zero sales pressure, which I greatly appreciated. Moe, Nick and Hassan patiently answered my many basic questions without making me feel foolish. There seemed to be repeat customers because many people who came in to browse were already on a first-name basis with the sales staff .

Duong and Toan redesigned our stairs and put down the hardwood, and we cannot say enough nice things about this phenomenal installation team. They were cheerful, reliable, and did their work with great precision. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and they cleaned up after themselves as they went along.

The hardwood that we chose was from Floorest, in the Falcon Brown colour, sized 6 1/2" x 3/4". It looks beautiful, especially when the sunlight highlights it. The hardwood seems durable, as we don't have any dents in the flooring. All in all, we are very satisfied customers.
