I had a very frustrating experience with this store.

We visited on March 13 to purchase a vanity, and we were told it would be ready for pickup within 5 business days. They said they would contact us when it was ready. After the deadline passed and we heard nothing, we decided to call. We were told it was still not ready and that someone would call us back, which never happened.

The next day, we called again and were told we could pick it up on March 27. However, when we arrived at the store, a staff member informed us that the vanity was not even there yet and that we would need to wait for another employee to go pick it up. This was extremely disappointing, especially after all the delays and lack of communication.

Since we didn’t have time to wait, we asked for delivery instead. The employee said there would be a $150 delivery fee, later reduced to $100. This made no sense…why should we have to pay for delivery when the inconvenience and delays were entirely caused by the store? After a lot of back-and-forth, they lowered the fee to $45, but that’s still unacceptable given the situation.

Overall, the customer service was very poor and unprofessional. There was a clear lack of communication and accountability, and in the end, the customer is the one paying for the store’s mistakes, literally!

I been to Cosmaroma last week to buy zip tie they don’t have in stock but next day they send it my shop without any Charge I was surprise amazing and friendly workers

I have visited Cosmaroma several times since the end of December to get various supplies for our first home renovation. The whole team have been helpful and genuine in their approach. Yusuf has been the main point of contact and he has been exceptional. No sales gimmicks, just honest help.

I visited Cosmaroma at the North York location on Steeles Ave and was instantly impressed with warm and attentive greeting I received from the staff at the front desk.
Any new designer knows how overwhelming and intimidating it can be when you're looking to create a detail feature for a client project using a material that comes in tons of options and sizes!

Thankfully I was familiar with the material I needed, but had never shopped or ever been to this supplier. I had purchased the moulding I needed from Home Depot for previous jobs - and always felt a little gouged.
My contractor highly recommended Cosmaroma and I'm so glad he did. Not only did I receive exceptional service, but also cost savings and, ease of product understanding through a really wonderfully labeled display board of moulding sizes and profiles. And most importantly the added-value of how the staff made me feel. They were considerate, efficient and sincere in their desire to be helpful - by packaging and carrying and, placing the materials in my car. I had a wonderful experience with Hussain at Cosmaroma. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful with all of my selections, and he answered my endless questions without hesitation. His friendly and excellent service really made the shopping experience so much easier and enjoyable.
That said, the store itself was uncomfortably hot. It felt almost unbearable to stay inside for long periods not sure why there is no air conditioning as it is definitely needed. Hopefully management can address this because customers would certainly appreciate it especially during the summer months - hopefully there is heat in there during the winter!!

Good location for solid wood material, lots of oak selection, and for tools. Many tools are 1/3 to 1/4 price of big stores. They also have various solid wood moldings even fancy ones that you'd typically need to order online.

We were introduced to CosmoRoma by a contractor for trims, casings, and baseboards, and we’re so glad we found this place! We had been shopping at Home Depot and Rona for our home renovation, but when we came here, we were pleasantly surprised to find prices that were a fraction of what the big box stores were charging. On top of that, the customer service from Hussein was excellent. We also ended up getting quotes for doors, as their pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend this store, only wish we had discovered it sooner!

I had a fantastic experience with Cosmaroma! Hassan was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. The company supplied and installed all the doors, handles, hinges, casings, and baseboards for my project, and their prices were competitive and fair. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The whole team at the store was amazing and I will definitely be going back to Cosmaroma for anything I need for future projects!
